Project Overview

Fast Clean London is a professional cleaning company serving homes, offices, and Airbnb properties across London. The brief called for a modern, conversion-focused single-page website that would establish trust quickly, communicate the range of services clearly, and make it easy for potential customers to request a quote. The site was designed to appeal to both residential and commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendly practices and vetted cleaning staff.

Scope of Work

Brand Identity Designed a clean, minimal logo and visual identity for the brand, built around a professional teal and white colour palette suited to the cleaning industry. Created assets for use across the website and social media channels including Facebook and YouTube, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Website Development Built a fully responsive single-page website on WordPress using the Avada theme and Avada Builder. The site is structured around clearly defined sections — home, about, services, team, and contact — each designed to guide visitors toward a quote request. Four core services are presented with dedicated imagery and concise descriptions: home cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and deep cleaning. Two strategically placed quote request forms with a service dropdown ensure visitors can get in touch without scrolling far, regardless of where they enter the page. The team section introduces vetted cleaning staff with profile images and descriptions to build trust. Full on-page SEO was configured through Yoast SEO, and Google Analytics was integrated for traffic tracking.

Server & Email Setup Configured the web server, domain, DNS, and SSL certificate. Set up professional email for the business to ensure reliable client communication from day one.

GDPR Compliance Implemented a complete GDPR compliance suite including a CookieYes cookie consent banner, a privacy policy, a cookies policy, a GDPR privacy notice for booking and contact forms, a service agreement for cleaners, and a cancellation and refund policy.
